We collect your college email (for .edu verification), profile information you choose to share (name, skills, bio), and swap activity data (offers, requests, ratings). We do not collect payment information — uSWAP is completely free for students.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate the uSWAP platform: matching you with other students, displaying your skills and availability, and building trust through ratings. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
Data sharing
Your profile and skill listings are visible to other verified students on the platform. We do not share your data with external organizations, advertisers, or non-student users.
Your rights
You can update or delete your profile at any time from your account settings. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data from active systems within 30 days.
