Looking for someone to help you design a logo? Or maybe you want to share your own knack for photography? uSWAP connects you with peers who can help. Our mission is to build a stronger, more collaborative campus community by making sure no student talent goes to waste.

About the founder
From Zimbabwe to Warren Wilson.
Hi! I'm Roselin (Rose) Nhira '28. As a Data Science and Business double major at Warren Wilson College, I've always been fascinated by how technology can be used to solve real-world problems. That fascination, combined with my roots, led me to build uSWAP — a digital platform where students seamlessly exchange skills, services, and knowledge.
The vision behind uSWAP comes straight from my home country of Zimbabwe, a place where community isn't just a concept, it's a way of life. I realized that student campuses hold an incredible wealth of talent and creativity, but lack a central hub to share it. uSWAP changes that. By combining data-driven insights with business strategy, I'm on a mission to foster a culture of collaboration, helping students support one another and grow together.
